We are a chartered member of the international organization, Parrot Heads In Paradise, Inc., and as such we strive to "Party With A Purpose."

Grab your boarding pass; we have been cleared for take-off. It’s time to break out your party gear!
The Parrot Heads of Port Aransas invite everyone to come out for a weekend of fun and help raise money for the ARK, the Animal Rehabilitation Keep, in Port Aransas. The ARK rescues and rehabilitates injured sea animals and shorebirds.
Friday evening registration will begin at 5:00 P.M. at Sandcastle Condominiums.
After you have been checked in, head down to the beach for a little Island Time tradition--a beach bonfire. We’ll have a cookout and will have beer and margaritas available for a donation. Bring your cooler, if you’d prefer, and enjoy the sand, fire, and friends. Bring a chair and settle in for an evening of meeting new friends and reacquainting with old ones.
Saturday, pre-flight begins on the beach at 10 a.m.
Come ready to enjoy the 1st Annual Beach Games--fun and games for everyone. Unforgettable prizes await for those showing the highest level of prowess at various games found only on the sand in Port A!
If you’re curious about the ARK and all the great things that are done there, drive on over to the ARK at the University of Texas Marine Science Institute for a tour at 3 p.m.
Saturday, late afternoon, enjoy shopping around town, go sightseeing or bird watching, and enjoy our many restaurants.
Fasten your seat belt for Saturday night. Jerry Diaz and Hanna’s Reef will be providing all the in-flight entertainment. Show will be at the meeting room at Sandcastle. The doors open at 7 with the band starting about 8. A silent auction and raffle will be held with all the proceeds benefitting the ARK.
Sunday morning, we will gather at a club member’s home for a come-and-go brunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and to say good-bye to all your new and old friends.
Come out and experience a true tropical state of mind.
